Sign in. Select the Billing tab. Select View Statements. Choose a statement to download. Your security code and account number is located towards the top below the Spectrum logo.

How do I access my Spectrum account?
Sign in to the Spectrum app using your Spectrum username and password. Select the Billing tab. Tap the View Statements tab.
How do I find my Spectrum account?
Open and sign in to the Spectrum Mobile Account app. Select the Billing tab. Scroll down to Billing History and select View Statements. Select any statement. Scroll down and your account number will be listed on the bottom of your bill.
How do I open a spectrum account?
Go to the Sign-In page. Select Create a Username. Select Contact Info and enter the primary telephone number or email address associated with your account. Confirm that you're not a robot and select Continue. Verify Your Identity by receiving a code via text, email or a phone call.
How do you find your spectrum username and password?
On the Spectrum.net homepage, select Forgot Username or Password? Located under the Sign-In button. Select an option on the next screen.

Go to Subscriber Self Care and enter your account Email Address and Password. Enter the text in the image, and select Login. Below the User Management heading, select Change Password. Enter your Current Password, followed by your New Password. Select Change Password.
