I just closed escrow on two homes, and the PDF filler allowed me electronically edit/sign/date all the forms necessary to sale and buy our properties. It saved a tremendous amount of time and paper because I saved the forms to my desktop and then returned the completed forms electronically.

There was one issue- the orange pen would pop up when highlighting a word or sentence, suggesting an edit I assume. I would click it then stare at a blue circle waiting waiting waiting. I would just close the entire website and come back.

What is a general devise?
General Devise Law and Legal Definition. General devise is a devise that passes the testator's lands without particular enumeration or description of them. It is a devise that is to be distributed from the general assets of an estate and that is not of a particular thing.
