I was in a total jam and needed forms right away. I was so afraid my only option was to type all these required forms and then have to write in the answers with a pen. The billing is bogus and felt dishonest, but customer service fixed my problems after an email. These save well as pdfs but not as docs. I think the service should be less expensive, given apps with similar functionality.

I can't verify that my completed forms are actually sent to recipients. Programs keeps requesting me to have my e-mail verified but no code is ever sent to my e-mail.

A very good and friendly in navigating the fields. Need improvement especially in the telephone number field and user address died of CMS 1500 of 2012 and UB04. Unable to include the three digits telephone area code. Address field too small to contain full address including zip codes

So much better than acrobat This is really good tech and works much better than acrobat! I was shocked that people were leaving negative reviews - then found out they all complain that you have to sign up after editing your document - SO WHAT you cannot expect amazing tech for free. I don’t get why people complain. Tech is amazing customer service is second to none.

Every email message has a hidden field called the “Return-Path” address (sometimes called a “bounce address” or “envelope sender address”). This should be the address a message really came from, and it's the address to which any undeliverable message notices (“bounces”) are sent.
