Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. Since this is my first time and I have never used one of these before, I am still learning. But so far am happy with it. I just wish it was easier to actually contact a human being to ask questions when I am not sure about something and so have to search and keep trying to find what I want.

What do you like best?
As a beginner, I was surprised not only with the fact that PDFfiller was so much easier to learn and use than the Adobe Suite but also at the range of capabilities on offer! From my first use of this online program I found new pleasure in dealing with .pdf files. I now use the program Every Single Day to create, manipulate or convert files that used to sit waiting, sometimes for days at a time, to be done by the one or two people with access to more expensive and less user friendly programs. Now I have a new "can-do" attitude to the workings of .pdf files. I can't recommend this online tool enough and it's so affordable, you can buy a license to use at home. Great product, lots of advantages. You will not look back, you will not regret this purchase.
What do you dislike?
The user Interface could do with being a little less busy. A streamlined interface and a compact "how to..." would take a 9/10 to a 10. It just needs some tweaking and it's perfect!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my opinion it is definitely worth spending the small amount to upgrade to the paid version!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Administration issues generally...adding text, file conversion and commenting on documents...are all problems that I had to either pay to have done elsewhere or ask for an expensive subscription that was never in my budget and wouldn't be approved if I had asked.

What do you like best?
Editing, merging and marking-up PDF documents and particularly drawings (I am an architect) is easy to do on the program.
Editing, deleting selected pages and merging are the most common features that I use, and this is easily done on pdfFiller.
It would be helpful if the program has better ways to draw lines and circles, etc., as these are basic needs when marking-up drawings. These features need to be improved.
What do you dislike?
Drawing features are not user friendly and need to be improved.
Highlighting, which is available on pdfFiller, can only be done in straight lines and not at an angle or in curved shapes. This needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Editing and merging PDF documents, marking-up PDF drawings. These are my most critical needs for document review and pdfFiller allows me to do all of this easily.
