Excellent!!! If this doesn't help you in today's busy office nothing will. I compare it to driving downtown. You know where you want to go but can't because of all the 1-way streets. It opens up all the roads.

Great tool! Great tool. I used it only to edit like half a dozen infographics. If anything I would ask for a full color pallet and different shapes for fills and graphics. It could maybe use a little more simplicity of use with the saving/ uploading function but at least functionality is there, no bugs in my experience.

How long does an employer have to keep terminated employee files?

Record keeping Requirements. EEOC Regulations require that employers keep all personnel or employment records for one year. If an employee is involuntarily terminated, his/her personnel records must be retained for one year from the date of termination.

How long do companies keep employee records in India?

Tax records should be retained for at least eight years from the date of filing the applicable return or such period of time as prescribed under Tax laws whichever is later. b. Employment Records/Personnel Records: Labor laws require the Company to maintain certain recruitment, employment and personnel information.

How long do you have to keep i 9 for terminated employees?

Once the individual's employment has terminated, the employer must determine how long after termination the Form I-9 must be retained, either three years after the date of hire, or one year after the date employment is terminated, whichever is later. Form I-9 can be retained on paper, microform or electronically.

Does an 9 expire?

No. Expired documents are no longer acceptable for Form I-9. However, you may accept Employment Authorization Documents (Forms I-766) and Permanent Resident Cards (Forms I-551) that appear to be expired on their face, but have been extended by USCIS.

Do employers need to keep original i9?

Employers must retain Forms I-9 for three years after the date of hire or one year after the date the individual's employment is terminated, whichever is later. Employers may choose to scan and upload the original, signed forms to retain them electronically.

Does get fired go on your record?

The termination reason WILL go on your “permanent record" at the company that fired you. It doesn't mean it will make it out of their records and into other people's hands.

Do past jobs show up on background checks?

A criminal background check won't reveal anything about a person's past employment or education. These details must instead buy checked using verification checks.
