I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Pretty straight forward but when you want to print multiple forms of the same type I don't see a way to easily clear the info, I have to overwrite or clear each field manually. Thank you, Fred McFaddin

So far, so good. I don't like that it seems to lose its connection frequently and I have lost data a time or two but that may be a function of where/what I work on. Otherwise, fair deal for the price.

Great program. It did everything I needed and more. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, right at the time I"ve been having a problem. Copies of online chat sent to my email to remind me of how to deal with issues in the future. I'd rate these folks an A plus.
I needed to turn regular electronic forms into fillable ones and submit electronically, with a signature and by a deadline, during the pandemic. I was early and complete with this program!

I wasn't able to login or access the acct and kara was extremely helpful and patient during the whole process. Now i am able to access the acct and move forward. She was wonderful!!!!

My only use is to help my 14 year-old grandson with his Eagle Scout Service Project report.
I'm retired and have no further use for the program beyond next year when he has completed his Project.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
