Amazing Customer Service While I was reviewing a couple of unauthorized charges on my PayPal account I noticed they were from PDF filler. Upon further investigation as to what PDF filler is, I realized that this was due to something a professor from a course I had taken last year had required the class to use to complete an assignment. He assured us that though we may need to put in our personal information, the service we were using would be "free". I did not realize that “free” was then turned into a renewable purchase fee. I contacted PDF filler to dispute the charges and explained what had happened. This company responded to my email with genuine kindness within a couple of hours to assist me with providing a refund upon receipt of a response providing verification information. I emailed them the information and again, within a couple of hours, I received a response that I had been refunded the fee. I appreciate how professional, considerate, and amazingly responsive this company has been- the whole process was quick and painless and I will certainly consider using PDF Filler in the future should I need such a service!!

Open your “Sent Items” folder. Open the email message you'd like to recall/forget/douse in kerosene and light on fire. On the ribbon up top, go to the “Move” group. Click on “Actions” Select “Recall This Message”
Gmail has a feature where you can recall a scent email message. Now an Undo link will appear at the top of the page after you send an email message. After the time you set elapses, the option will disappear, and you will not be able to recall the message.
The settings' menu holds all the special features you can activate or adjust in Gmail. Scroll down the General tab until you see the Undo Send section. Here, you will see an option to adjust the Send cancellation period. You can choose how long you have to be able to recall an email.
Certain email programs offer an option to recall or retract an email, but that doesn't necessarily mean the recipient won't still receive it. Gmail's Undo Send feature works differently in that it actually waits to send your email, giving you a certain amount of time to change your mind and prevent it from being sent.
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your Gmail window and select Settings from the dropdown menu. Select Labs from the row of tabs. Scroll all the way to the bottom where you see Undo Send and click Enable. Hit Save Changes at the bottom. Breathe easy.
Once an email is sent. That is that, that is the end. You cannot undo it, stop it, reclaim it. Not five seconds after, not one hour after.
