Forgot something on you PDF? this software got your back It really happens to everyone, somethings you just miss something on a document that is already a pdf, with this tool you can fix it right away. Let's be real, it happens to all of us, we made or receive a pdf, and we forget to sign it or add a line, even just correct a typo. PDF filler will just let you convert this to a word doc so you can fix all you need. Nothing, easy to use, easy to convert again to pdf and help a lot if you just lost the original file.

She totally understood and was very helpful. She was extremely professional. I am not computer techy - and I have been able to figure this out to do what we need. I am sure there are features that I have not figured out yet - but I stay very busy @ work so doing a webinar would be tricky to schedule.

Abandonment of a Construction Project If the contractor does not start on the project in a reasonable amount of time, if the contractor is unable to complete the agreed upon work, or if the contractor fails to resume their work in a reasonable amount of time, this is considered failing on the contractor's part.
When a contractor abandons the job in its entirety, even more serious consequences may occur. ... Then, the homeowner should send the contractor written notification that the contractor has breached his agreement, and that the homeowner is going to mitigate damages by hiring other contractors to finish the work.
First, compile all paperwork. Fire them. File a claim if contractor is bonded. File a complaint with the state licensing board if contractor is licensed. Request mediation or arbitration. File a suit in small claims court. Hire an attorney. File complaints and post public reviews.
Generally, it is the lack of materials, labor and even parts that the homeowner or company does not receive from a contractor when he or she fails to complete the work. ... It may become necessary to sue the contractor for breach of contract or an incomplete job done.
Document Communications. It's best for homeowners to communicate with contractors in writing, so there is a record of the conversation. ... Keep A Record of the Timeline. ... Do Not Make Remaining Payments. ... Hire A New Contractor. ... Take Legal Action.
The most common reasons fall into two categories: management problems and communications problems. Management: The contractor bid too low. Instead of admitting it, he/she simply doesn't show up for the job.
First, compile all paperwork. Fire them. File a claim if contractor is bonded. File a complaint with the state licensing board if contractor is licensed. Request mediation or arbitration. File a suit in small claims court. Hire an attorney. File complaints and post public reviews.
Clean Up Each Day A professional contractor will clean up after themselves after each work day ensuring you don't come home from work to a disorganized and dirty space. The last thing you want to do is spend money on a remodeling project and have to clean up after the crew that you've paid to keep things tidy.
Many contractors ask for half of their payment upfront before they begin a job. Bad idea. You should pay no more than one-third of the agreed-upon fee in advance; in some states, this is the law. ... That way, if you reach an impasse over work that hasn't been done correctly, or at all, you can withhold payment.
Most important of all, inspect all work carefully before paying contractors for it. As the adage goes, possession is nine-tenths of the law, so if you don't pay them for bad work, the onus is on them to pursue the matter in arbitration or small claims court to try and get money from you, rather than vice-versa.
