Honestly this service was awesome the only issue I had was that it wasn't up front about the payment. I didn't realize it was a paid service until the end when I had finished editing everything and that really annoyed me. But other than that the features are simply incredible. The interface is reasonably intuitive…
The interface is reasonably intuitive and everything works right, as far as I can tell. One note: To move a field, select and hold the symbol for move in the box just above the field, not the box itself. In other words, the symbol is the handle.

Easy to use, the functions are very intuitive

Pdf filler is very easy to set up and use. The monthly fee is at a low cost. Using this service makes completing and sharing electronic documents simple and efficient.
It is not free but is a very good value. You can try it for free to see how the program works but if you chose to use it, you will pay a small fee before you can print or send a completed document. Some pdf files are not compatible or are difficult to get the text exactly where I want it.

What do you like best?
I encounter a lot of reasons to amend, annotate, merge, separate, and complete PDF documents. I used the free version of pdfFiller for a while and realized that I used it so much and liked using it so much that I actually paid for the upgraded version. I have been using pdfFiller for about a year and it is a go-to part of my toolbox for document management. In fact, I just grabbed a couple of model forms from my trade association and (with permission) stripped off their information and inserted my firm info and logo. In 15 minutes I had professional forms tailored to my business - I cannot even estimate how much that saved me in time and money. pdfFiller makes me look good, so I am giving them a review to make them look good - it's what I can Good Business quid-pro-quo.
What do you dislike?
Nothing is perfect, and while I gave pdfFiller the highest rating I could, it too is not perfect. I have found that scrolling through documents I have edited rather than being able to create folders to store my completed documents is slower than I want. I come from a Windows environment and have become spoiled by the Windows' file structure. Still, this is probably more about me than about pdfFiller.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I annotate, merge, duplicate, and complete more pdf forms than I like. Most are government or bureaucratic forms and they insist upon too much information. It helps to have forms done one and stored on pdfFIller that I can access to update the dates or other data and resubmit.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Immediate refund received
I had thought I had cancelled my subscription so was very surprised to get a notification from PayPal that I had been charged $96. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and the matter was sorted out, and a refund received, within a couple of hours. Friendly and efficient service, with no arguments. Very impressed.
