The software is really good
The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

They make it so easy to fill out the forms, and have forms for ANYTHING you might need. Printing options are easy to use, and customer service is awesome.

What do you like best?
The ability to send a link via email or text to allow a client to sign a document makes things a breeze! I also like having an "encrypted" folder that's password protected for my access only.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really that I currently dislike about the online software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a very affordable alternative to DocuSign or any other "Send to Sign" type of software, this one takes the cake!

Well I'm still learning But the Draw option is AWESOME ,It lets you Sign in Real Time + It's Your Real Signature,Not a Generated one from putting text in a box and using thePC's script font to generate a signature .. Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.
