It was a great find. I hate Printing and filling out forms using pen is so old school and requires extra step of scanning everything back in. It was also Free! Adobe is way too expensive for the handful of times a year I would need it.

How do you fill out a PDF form and send it back?
Type the email address to which the completed PDF form is to be sent. Click once on the “Attach a File” link, and use the “Look In” menu to locate the folder to which you saved the completed PDF form. Click once on the file name and once on the “Open” button.
How do you email a form to someone?
Step 1: Check form settings. Before you send your form, make sure the settings are what you want. Limit users to one response. Open a form in Google Forms. At the top right, click Settings. Step 2: Send the form. Email a form. Open a form in Google Forms. In the top right, click Send.
