Easy to use, great feedback. Only wish there were more features built in. I've given feedback on how adding field to a form should have built in guides that you can place, then drop and snap to. Another great feature would be to allow these fields to move with the arrow keys so when you don't want it to snap to position, you can manually adjust to make exact. Also, it would be nice to see the text fields with faded text so we can see how many letters we can fit without having to save and test it ourselves. I could probably give more feedback but maybe I should send in my job application first? lol

Great User friendly Program!!
The program is very user friendly and pretty much self explanatory. However, if you do have any questions, Customer Service is also very friendly and helpful!!!! They respond quickly and walk you through any questions you have.

Is the 7-minute rule legal?
The 7-Minute Rule If an employee works at least 7 full minutes, but less than 8 minutes, the company can round the number down to the nearest 15 minutes. Note that this rule slightly favors the employer. In a 15-minute period, up to 7 minutes and 59 seconds of work time can be rounded down.
Are employers allowed to round down hours?
Some employers track employee hours worked in 15 minute increments, and the FLEA allows an employer to round employee time to the nearest quarter-hour. However, an employer may violate the FLEA minimum wage and overtime pay requirements if the employer always rounds down.
How do you round hours for payroll?
Specifically, when an employee punches the clock 7 minutes after the quarter of an hour, it must be rounded down, and when an employee punches the clock 8 minutes after the quarter-hour, it must be rounded up. Rounding at different intervals is fine but also must be done evenly and not in an employer's favor.
Do you round up time?
For employers who track to the closest quarter-hour, you should apply the 7-minute rule. If an employee works an extra 1-7 minutes, the time can be rounded down to the closest quarter-hour. If an employee works an extra 8-14 minutes, the time should be rounded up to the closest quarter-hour. Quarter hours add up.
What is the 7/8 rule?
Quarter hour rounding (15 minutes): This is sometimes called the 7/8 rule. The 15 minutes is split, so it is 7 ½ minutes before the quarter-hour to 7 Â1⁄2 minutes after the quarter-hour and all the punches are on 15 minute increments. If they punch in at 8:03 then it is rounded to 8:05.
Can my employer dock me 15 minutes for being one minute late?
The policy is as follows. If an employee is one minute late they will be docked 15 minutes of pay. For each additional 5 minutes after the first minute late the employee will be docked an additional 15 minutes pay.
How many minutes is considered late for work?
However, most employers do grant a grace period of five to seven minutes to be realistic about emergency situations. For example, sometimes people miss the bus or traffic is particularly bad, so most employers accept that employees are occasionally going to have unforeseen problems that make them a few minutes late.
Can you be fired for being one minute late?
The answer, which all employees should note, is yes. The fact is you can be fired for coming in even a minute (or a second) late. You can actually be fired for any reason or no reason at all. If you are categorized as an exempt employee your employer has to pay you for the full day, even if you are late for work.
