What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to take a PDF and be able to type what I need to, change colors and fonts
What do you dislike?
I wish that the erase tool would be able to go in different directions, not just left and right but to be able to use it more freely to erase easier.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
benefit in using this for my business is keeping documents clean and not having to print them out hand write on them scan them back in and email it, I can do it all in PDFfiller and keeps my documents clean, and is a lot easier.

Some issues with editing documents Some issues with editing documents. A specific example is that it can be hard to remove checks and X's from document, but overall one of the best document editors i have used.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. Can I make money off a leased beat?

Leasing Rights Another thing about leasing is that the producer can sell the beat to multiple artists, as long as nobody buys the exclusive rights to it. This can be very good for the producer because he won't have to take the beat off sale and make more money off of it.

What can you do with a leased beat?

The way leasing works is that a producer allows his or her beats to be used by an artist for a price and terms the producer sets the artist can only have their song available for a limited amount of time, for example, or only sell a certain amount of copies.

Can you copyright a song with a leased beat?

Some quick background: each recorded song has two copyrights. If you leased a beat from the producer, then unless the Beat Lease Agreement says otherwise, the producer owns the copyright in the musical work embodied in the beat, and you're automatically obligated to pay him or her mechanical royalties.

How do you make a beat lease agreement?

Write the general terms of the contract. Indicate the specific name(s) of the beat(s) you are leasing to the other party. Write the length of time and specific purposes the beat(s) can be used for, if appropriate. Define the financial terms of the agreement in as much detail as possible.

How much should I lease a beat for?

Let's say you set the price at $50 and 100 people want to lease it from you. That's $5000! And the beauty of that is you can still keep selling it forever, so it will always bring in money for you. Some producers may lease their beats very cheap, but I think that a lease should be a minimum of $50.

What is an unlimited lease for a beat?

An Unlimited Beat Lease is still like renting the instrumental from the music producer but with unlimited distribution rights for a certain period of time. The music producer still can continue to profit from the sale of leases from his or her website.
