Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

It's incredibly easy to use! I *love* that I don't have to print this stuff out and fill it in by hand anymore. And making edits to what I do is super easy too! I'm so glad I found this website!

Program is very intuitive and easy to use. I spend less than 10 mins to recreate a document for Customers and it makes a world of difference.

I don't think I have any dislike...or at least none that I've come across too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a must have program...so easy to use and it does it all. Plus an extra bonus is that it's less in cost then the highest competitor. WIN, WIN!

I edit our invoices & receipts. I'm able to provide progress invoices that our system doesn't do. This helps our Customers tremendously to understand paperwork.

PDFfiller is great if you need to edit/change PDFs
This software allows us to fill out and share PDFs, vastly cutting down on our printing/scanning song and dance.
No real negatives other than I wish it were free.

My first time
This is my first time trying some advanced features of pdffiller and I'm pleasantly surprised at all that I'm able to accomplish. I just created a team and pdffiller is worth the cost. We are so much better than before. Thank you pdffiller!

Are warranty payments taxable?
Yes, there is a regulation. Generally, the customer pays Sales Tax on the purchase price of the warranty or service contract. When the customer takes the item to a repair shop, normally the customer is not billed. If the customer is billed a deductible, the deductible is subject to Sales Tax.
Are guaranteed payments considered distributions?
Abstract Guaranteed payments to partners are applied to ensure that a partner gets a particular amount for specific services provided or for the use of capital. The payments are considered guaranteed because they are first-priority distributions and are given even though a net loss is created for the partnership.
What is the difference between guaranteed payments and distributions?
Distributions are generally made relative to prior or current year's earnings, or in liquidation of a member's interest or the LLC, whereas guaranteed payments are made irrespective of earning considerations. Cash distributions are generally treated as a return of the member's capital or previously taxed income.
Are protection plans taxable?
Generally speaking, any expenses an employer incurs related to health insurance (for employees or for dependents) are 100% tax-deductible as ordinary business expenses, on both state and federal income taxes.
Are guaranteed payments the same as distributions?
These times may call for a guaranteed payment. Unlike distributions however, even if the entity loses money in a year and does not pay any profits out to its other owners, the owner who gets a guaranteed payment will still be compensated for his or her work that year.
Are guaranteed payments required?
If a partner or LLC member receives a guaranteed payment, the IRS doesn't require that withholding is taken from the guaranteed payment. But the company may treat these payments as tax-deductible business expenses, in the same way as salaries and wages to employees are treated.

For other tax purposes, guaranteed payments are treated as a partner's distributive share of ordinary income. Guaranteed payments are not subject to income tax withholding. The partnership generally deducts guaranteed payments on Form 1065, line 10, as a business expense.
