I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

The fact that the software does not offer a reasonable and affordable way for my assistant to access account and complete routine tasks

What do you like best?
I use Quickbooks and have to send out 1099NT which is not a capability in Quickbooks. 1099 forms must be scannable and I can purchase the printed forms and fill it out on PDFfiller. I can then print on the scannable forms and they are perfectly aligned. Saves time and money. Also, I like the fact that I can create a template so I don't have to re-type the same company information, tax numbers, etc. The product is easy to use.
What do you dislike?
I don't really dislike anything about PDFfiller. Other than maybe the fact that I probably don't use it enough to offset the cost.

Easy to use - I intended to use for a month and then cancel, but I ended up keeping it.

How do I decrypt a PGP file?
Right-click the file to be decrypted.
Point to PGP Zip, and then click Decrypt & Verify.

How do I decrypt a PGP file using public key?
Double-click the file to be decrypted.
You may also right-click the file to be decrypted, point to PGP, then click Decrypt & Verify.

open GPG Keychain and drag the sec/pub key in question to your desktop.
A file with the . Asc extension will be created containing your public key.
Open the exported file with TextEd it to see your public key in text form.
Can public key encryption be broken?
