PDFfiller is a GREAT program! It is very easy to use. It helped me tremendously when I had a project and needed to fill out literally hundreds of documents online. The program worked very well, was incredibly responsive, & even kept all of my documents for easy access as well. Most importantly, however, is that they have absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service! I used the chat feature and it was totally painless and even enjoyable. I was treated very well by the chat rep (Paul)! I am a single mother who is trying to start a small business with VERY limited funds. I meant to cancel my plan before my 30-day trial was over. Like so many other times in my hectic life, I guess I forgot! I was quite anxious about it as many companies charge high cancelation fees if you fail to cancel during the trial. There was no need to worry though. I simply logged into my account and then I saw the chat feature. I chose to use it even though I was hesitant to do so (many companies do not provide very good customer service through chat). The response time was extremely fast. I asked to cancel my membership and he replied right away that he would do that for me. Here is the best part, he then proceeded to ASK me if I would like a refund as well!! Now that is WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thanks so much, PDFfiller & Paul! I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my family and friends. PDFfiller has is a great application for my personal and business life
Used to fill out tax and health forms.
Used it fill forms related to my real estate business as the forms are repetitive and can be revised easily
I like that I can email documents or email them from the application
I like that I can store all of my documents in one place and retrieve them easily
I like that I can redo forms that need to be submitted annually without having to refill out the entire document. I just update what is new.
I can't think of any downside to the product

Excellent Customer Service from PDFfiller staff, Kara
I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. She is worthy of commendation and has greatly affected my first impression of PDFfillers. She was exceptional, skillful and most amazing in resolving all the issues i ever mentioned. I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

I usually use this program during a translation process when I get a request to translate a document in form of PNG or similar. But I believe that this app can still be further enhanced.

A Time Saver for Any Business who deals with PDFs
Extremely satisfied. We had no idea how much time we were spending on PDF management prior to PDF Filler. A huge benefit for us when we discovered this tool.
We work in a heavy regulatory environment, so the ability to edit and amend PDFs quickly and in a compliant manner is huge. The Tool is amazingly user friendly and a huge time saver.
We'd like to see them expand to different document sets. As our business grows we anticipate additional unique document types. It does PDFs well but it limited.

How do I share a document to edit?
Share an already saved document Click File > Share > Share with People (or, in Word 2013, Invite People). Enter the names or email addresses of the people you're sharing with. If you want to, click Can Edit or Can View. The first option lets your coworkers change the file.
Can multiple users edit a Word document?
By using the “Track Changes” and “Combine” options in Microsoft Word 2007, an author of a Microsoft Word document can send it to multiple people at the same time for suggestions or edits. Using the “Track Changes” option in Microsoft Word allows multiple users to edit a document.
How do I allow multiple users to edit a Word document at the same time?
Save your Word document to OneDrive or a SharePoint Online.
Click the Share button in Word and then enter one or more email addresses of people you want to share with.
Set their permissions to “Can edit” (selected by default).
Add a message if you like, and for “Automatically share changes” choose “Always”.
