I think this is a very good software. It is easy to fill and sign a document or to create your own. I am having some trouble finding a document that I started and did not finish. And I would like to learn everything that it offers.

Why can't i cancel my subscription?
You must be a Account Administrator. Certain Account plans allow you to change your plan from directly within your account. If you do not see the option to Change Plan under Settings | Plan and Billing, you may need to contact your Administrator or submit a Support case.
How do I cancel my subscription on my Iphone?
In the Mobile App, select the hamburger menu (i.e., three lines). Select Account. Select Manage Account. To close your account, select Close Account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Canceling Log In. Go to https://account..com. Log in as an administrator. Settings. Click on the Settings tab in the top menu. Cancel. Select Cancel subscription to switch to a free plan. Finish. Follow the remaining instructions.

How much does cost? plans start at $10 per month when purchased annually and scale up to include more advanced functionality. In addition, customers can sample the experience with a free offering, which includes 3 signature requests.
Is free or paid?
Yes, the mobile eSignature app is free to download. Current customers can log in with the same email and password to access to their account. New customers can sign up for a free account directly within the app.
