I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. PDF Filler makes my job EASIER!
PDF Filler makes my work so much easier. I am a teacher and I need to change PDF files all the time to meet my students needs. So, before I would print out the original and have to white out what I needed gone and make a copy. I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I think it is good however I already…
I think it is good however I already see methods to improve it. I desire to fax a smart folder of documents I already created. This would be a facilitate faster communication of information as opposed to finding out how to merge the documents and then fax the complete file. All in all, I like the platform. If you may obtain DocuSign options, it would be nice long term perhaps. Many corporations and companies like to use DocuSign.
