How do they get the names on the jerseys at the draft?
As reported by the New York Times, for the last few years draft picks have received team jerseys with their names on them: “After a team makes its first-round pick workers from Stalls', a company that specializes in personalizing sports gear that is hired by Nike, then jump into action.
How do they make NFL Draft jerseys so fast?
When Commissioner Roger Goodall is handed the name of the selection backstage, so is the jersey jockey who quickly lines up the last name and presses it onto the shirt. The jersey can be ready in as quickly as 30 seconds.
How are NFL jerseys made?
Authentic Nike Elite NFL jerseys are made mostly of nylon with a bit of spandex mixed in. Numbers are sewn onto the jersey. They're twill and very flexible. The Nike logo is done with appliquéing.
Do NFL players get a new jersey every game?
Players have more than one game day jersey and all of them are brought to the game. They are washed after every use (whether the player entered the game/practice or not), and re-used. When they start to show signs of wear, or damage, they are replaced. Some teams would move the worn jerseys to the 'practice' batch.

While most NBA players are drafted, drafted players occasionally earn roster spots as well. After negotiations with the National Basketball Players Association, the draft has been two rounds since 1989, leaving drafted players free to negotiate with any team.
What happens when a player gets drafted?
The NFL allows each team a certain amount of money from its salary cap to sign its drafted rookies for their first season. The drafted players are paid salaries commensurate with the position in which they were drafted. High first-round picks get paid the most, and low-round picks get paid the least.
