Is Signature mandatory on GST invoice?
Yes, signature is mandatory for invoices under GST. Signature may be in either of the following ways: By hand, by the authorized person or. By way of affixing his digital signature (as approved / issued under the Information Technology Act, 2000).
Does invoice need to be signed?
Do freelancers need to sign the invoices they issue? No. Comply with the requirements of the person for whom you're performing the work. But a signature on an invoice is not universally required.
What is legally required on an invoice?
There is some information that you must legally include on your invoices. The business name and address of the customer you're invoicing. A clear description of what you're charging for. The date you provided the goods or services (which is also known as the supply date)

And for supplier of services there are SAC Codes.
Is it mandatory to mention HAN code in invoice?
Under GST law, the HAN code to be used by a taxpayer for classification of goods will be based on the taxpayer's turnover. >Taxpayers whose turnover is below Rs. 1.5 crore are not required to mention HAN code in their invoices.
