User friendly The interface is fairly easy to use, and there's a wide range of things to do with your document once your are finished. It's a bit pricey, but for the limited things I've needed so far, PDFFiller has been able to deliver.

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations. You may want to title the section “To” or “Recipient.” Then, on separate lines, type either “Company” or the specific company information, “Attention:” or the name of the intended recipient, “Phone,” or phone number of the recipient, and “Fax” or fax number of the recipient.
A common abbreviation for the word “attention”. The abbreviation “attn: is often used within companies in addressing memorandums, mailings and other written business communications to the individual or group who should pay the most attention to them.

Addressing the Envelope. Write “Attn” followed by the name of the recipient. The “Attn” line should always appear at the very top of your delivery address, just before the name of the person you're sending it to.
Yep, basically just signifies who exactly the package is for, or what department. Like, if you were sending the package in for an RMA, usually it would be Attention: RMA Department though, they usually specify if that's what they want first.
CIRC, “C/O” is when it's addressed to someone who will then deliver it to the intended recipient. “Attn:” is when it is sent to an organization more generally, to ensure that it is known who should receive it.
Dial a leading '1' when sending a fax only if you would dial a '1' for a regular phone call. As fax works over the phone network, all fax numbers are simply phone numbers and should be dialed the same way as a regular phone call.
Place the document you want to send in the document feeder. Enter the fax number you want to send to, including and extensions to dial externally, and any international dialing codes. Press Send or Go (depending on your fax machine model)
