Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. This program worked for me when I had to do a state specific purchase & sale agreement/real estate. All six signers lived in different states and so had to digital sign. Easy to walk them through it.

While easy to use, plenty of features and very helpful for my needs, even with the follow-along snap menu to the right, it is simply not an intuitive dashboard..

clients have a hard time opening documents to sign. they get an error message or just can't open to sign. Sometimes it takes hours for them to receive a document. Clients also have a hard time printing out a form they signed

Can't Wait to Convert
So far I am just playing around with things to figure out how everything works. I've used pdfFiller as a signer before but never in any other capacity. I'm looking forward to being able to covert PDF's to Word documents.
