The Product concept is very nice the use of tools are simple. Things that I don't like are is that you are required to select Continue in Browser when click the Hyper Link, this for me is an unwanted and in needed step.
The App I wish would allow you to search your fillable files, without the Link/Code or QR code you cannot use it. Would be more willing to use the App if this was a feature.

Love the product
Love the product. Works fantastic for me as a property manager. I am using this tool for not only real estate purchase forms but also tenant forms! Especially useful in our mobile workforce where people are not available to sign documents or not even in the same state. Highly recommend PDFfiller!

Easy
I don't have to type documents every time. Just need to change the date, and other data. It saves documents and they are pretty much organized.
The signature does not look good. The email looks funky. I will I can scan docs directly, and may be fax them.

What are record drawings?

What is an as built drawing?
According to Business Dictionary, as built are a revised set of drawings submitted by a contractor upon completion of a project or a particular job. The final as built drawings include any and all the following, as well as every other change made during the construction phase of a project: Modifications.
What is an as built plan?
The term as-built commonly refers to 2D floor plans showing a limited amount of detail such as walls, doors, windows, mill work, and plumbing fixtures. These plans are created after construction of the building is complete.
What is an as build?
An as-built drawing is a revised drawing created and submitted by a contractor after a construction project is finished. They contain any changes made from the initial drawings during the construction process, and provide an exact rendering of the building and property as it appears upon completion.
Why are as built drawings important?
They reflect all the changes made during the construction process. As-built drawings are a very important component of a construction project. The major purpose of an as-built drawing is to record any modification made during the building process that deviates from the original design.
What is the difference between as drawn and as built drawings?
Therefore, let's summarize all three terms. In short, contract drawings depict the proposed construction, shop drawings provide additional details for construction, and as-built drawings are a record of the final construction including changes.
How do I check as built drawings?
Cross out words such as “equal to” or “similar to” and replace them with the specific information used during the construction process.
When adding detail to the drawings, make sure to use the same scale as was used in the original drawings.
