It was hard to figure out how to get started, and I made some mistakes in the beginning. I saved two files too soon and now I don't know how to erase them because when I try it says if I delete it it will no longer be shared. Is it okay to delete it anyway?

What do you like best?
That I can enter text into PDFs and save/send them without scanning.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it is hard to download the document to the computer and takes a couple of tries because of Adobe Flash Player

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! I have not used any other feature but editing the documents. it is so far to my satisfactory

when we need to have more than 2 files on the screen for editing by switching one from another to compare , i ound that i not able to do so, we have to close one and then open another another one, this will course losing the data and takes time ( that could be the possibility that features are there but i don't know how to use it at same time,
