easy software to use and afords most of the functions that I need the ease of use and the price, availability of pdf acord forms on line, and ability to revise forms with the pdf fromat does not have some of the functions that would make it even more useful to an insurance agent, i.e. the ability to attach emails and the ability to document conversations for reference and use of other team members

How do I export a digital signature on a Mac?

Insert your signature in preview on a blank part of a pdf page. Press Shift+Command+4 to choose image for a screen shot. Use the + that appears on screen to choose the signature for as your screen shot. Open the screen shot and export as pdf, save.

How do I export my signature from Preview to another Mac?

In Preview go to Tools > Annotate > Signature > Manage Signatures. Use the Camera option to make a new signature. Present (i.e. lift it up and show it) your source Mac to the camera on the destination Mac and this will detect the signature and store it.
