A lot of money to make a pretty presentation for the Federal Government. I have no other purpose for this program as I am retired. The program worked well and I had no problems with it's use.

Mostly user friendly. Filling in multiple of the same form is not available, or finding that option is impossible. So I used same form over and over - using tab you also have to back space or use mouse to remove previous data and then fill in.

I wanted to create 2 additional 1099s but was unable to find that option so closed and requested it be sent to IRS. Now I know I should have selected "template" but have not been able to get that to work. Made another, and no option to send to IRS

I needed this program badly, just in the time for distance learning because of the Corona Virus. It was easy to navigate through and use. My only wish is that I would have found this program years earlier! I will update my rating to include the student (recipient) experience of pdfFiller after they return their first homework assignment.

Speedy and excellent customer service
I had a trial/billing issue and sent an email to their support email address. It was around midnight when I sent my email so I didn't think I would hear anything back from them until later that day during business hours. Not only did I hear back from them with an email almost immediately that night, but their representative resolved my issue right then and there. Superb customer service!

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

It works
A simple to use platform that gets the job done as long as your prescription is up to date, all good. Can edit docs and pdf and save as doc and editable pdf's if required. That's all I need it for.

The Edit and Rotate PDF feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily make changes to your PDF documents and adjust their orientation. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Login to your pdfFiller account or create a new one if you don't have an account yet.

Once you're logged in, click on the 'Edit PDF' button on the dashboard or go to the 'My Forms' section and select the PDF document you want to edit.

After selecting the document, it will open in the pdfFiller editor. On the left-hand side, you'll find a toolbar with various editing options. Click on the 'Edit' button to start editing the document.

Can you rotate PDF text?
Choose Tools > Content > “Edit Object Tool”. Left-Click in order to make a selection (text can be an object too, text appears in a colored frame after you have selected it), then Right-Click and choose To rotate Selection. Apply the rotation with the mouse pointer at the edge of the text frame.
Can you permanently rotate a PDF?
Hover over any page, and you will see three options to rotate the page 90 degrees left, right or delete. Click 'Apply Changes' to permanently rotate PDF pages.
