PDFfiller in a medical office Overall, very pleased with the program. Love the east of use, wish the file saving was a little easier. I like being able to upload patient forms that need completed (i.e. FMLA or short term disability) and completing neatly with PDFfiller, instead of handwriting, etc. I love the east of emailing or faxing directly from the program as well. The confirmation of receipt or email being read is nice. Some times the text boxes are difficult to line up or get placed properly but I really feel with more use I will become better with these small tweaks.

edit your PDFs as the best. 1.- It's Free. although there are some functions that are paid, for daily use just a free account which is very good. 2.- Pretty friendly and friendly interface. Everything is understandable and the use of the program is very easy to understand. 3.- Its use can be integrated with dropbox, googlr drive, box and onedrive. 3.- You can use files that are in your pc, your cloud or in some website (in this case you just have to enter the link). 4.- with the built-in editor you can add images, scratch, write in the text, delete sectors, hide words or paragraphs with black, add lines, and many other things. 5.- You can save your work in pdf, word, excel or powerpoint format. It also includes the option to send via mail, fax or simply share the link. the bad thing, is that if or if you must register to use it, which perhaps is not something serious, but the program forces you to do so.

The site was a little bit slow The site was a little bit slow, but it had tons of useful features, and I found the user interface much more intuitive than Adobe reader. I'd recommend it to anyone.

No Scanning! I'm just PDF Filling It makes capturing my customer's signature hassle-free as my business is online. No do-overs! Thank you! Because I make it mandatory for them to sign after placing an order. If they decide to change the order, within the specified time, they can sign to that too. What I like least about this software is that when actually filling in the blanks, the words do not align with the original text. This is an area that needs improvement.

What do you like best? PDF Filler has been a game changer for my business. Not only can I edit pdf documents In a neat and professional way, but also rearrange documents in whatever order I want, delete any pages from a document that isn't needed, and the access to the cloud makes things so much easier to be able to work my saved work from anywhere and any computer. What do you dislike? My one just like really is that for signature it used to date and timestamp but at some point that disappearing and I don't know how to get it back. Recommendations to others considering the product: PDF filler program is just such a user friendly system. It allows anyone to be able to use this and succeed What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The major benefit for me is being able to access all my documents through your cloud system which allowe me to have access to all my saved work at any time.

Go to Sales at the left pane. Select Invoices. Select the invoice you wanted to edit. Click the drop-down arrow under Action. Select View/Edit. Make the necessary edits in the Invoice page.
Select Invoice. Go to the Design tab to edit the template name, logo, color, font, and margins. Go to the Content tab to customize the header, body, and footer of the invoice template. Click Done when finished.
Go to Sales at the left pane. Select Invoices. Select the invoice you wanted to edit. Click the drop-down arrow under Action. Select View/Edit. Make the necessary edits in the Invoice page.
To begin, click the Gear Icon () and then select Custom Form Styles. From the Custom Form Styles dashboard, you can manage and edit templates for Invoices, Estimates, and Sales Receipts.
Go to Sales in the left navigation menu. Go to Invoices tab, then open the invoice. Click on 1 payment link at the upper right hand above the PAID payment status. Click on the link for the date. On the Receive Payment window, click on More button at the bottom.
Click Sales. Click Invoices. Click on the invoice you want to reverse the payment of. Click on the “1 payment” link under the paid stamp (if you applied more than one payment it will say 2 or 3 etc) Click on the Date you want to reverse a payment on. Click More.
Click Sales (or Invoicing) in the left-hand menu. Select the Invoices tab. Scroll to the invoice you wish to edit and click on it to open it up. Make the necessary changes. Click Save and Close (or Save and Send).
Open the invoice. Click the payment link below the Payment Status. Click the date when the payment is applied. In the Receive Payment window, click the Clear Payment button. Click Save and close.
Click the “Previous” icon to move through your deposits until you locate the one from which you want to remove the payment. Select the payment you want to delete, click the “Edit” menu and click “Delete Line.” Click “OK” or “Yes” to confirm you want to remove the payment.
