How do I edit my period tracker?
Tap the Today tab, then tap the female health tile. Tap the start date of a period on the calendar. Tap the pencil icon to add or edit a period (you can also tap and hold a date on the calendar).
How do you change the length of a period in clue?
Tap on “More” in the bottom navigation. Tap on your profile, on top of the page. Tap on “Averages.”
How do you figure out the length of your cycle?
To figure out how long your cycle is, start at cycle day 1 of your last menstrual cycle and begin counting (Cycle day 1,2,3,4 and so forth). The length= the last cycle day before you started bleeding again.
How do I figure out my average cycle length?
Do this by adding up the number of days in each cycle. Then divide this number by the number of cycles (aka the number of times you've had your period) since counting. This will give you the average number of days between each period, or your average cycle length.
What is a 28-day cycle?
Your menstrual cycle is the time from the first day of one period to the first day of your next period. So if you have a 28-day cycle, it takes 28 days to get from the beginning of one period to the beginning of the next.
How do you track your menstrual cycle?
To figure out the length of your cycle, begin counting on the first day of bleeding (which is also called cycle day 1), until the first day of your next period. The average menstrual cycle is about 28 days, but it can vary quite a bit.
Do you count brown blood as first day of period?
At the beginning or end of your period, blood can be a dark brown/red shade and can have a thick consistency but it's also normal for the first signs of your period to be bright red and more liquid.
How do you know your period has ended?
Your period becomes irregular after it's been steady and predictable for a long time. Your periods suddenly stop for 90 days or more, and you aren't pregnant. You think you may be pregnant. Your period lasts for more than eight days. You bleed much more heavily than usual.
