I went into your chat hoping to get… I went into your chat hoping to get answers to my inquiries regarding my account and why I couldn't locate what it kept telling me that I should be seeing. Kara was the second chat agent I messaged in this desire to find out what I was doing wrong... which is fine. The first agent was like an operator I assume... finding out what I needed exactly and then transferring me to the right team. Which happened really QUICKLY!! I am NOT used to any online chats actually being able to do anything as fast as this happened today! Much less get an agent that could actually help me... TODAY was the first in a very LOOOONG time! Kara was GREAT!!! She needs a raise and maybe a promotion. Thanks again, Kara!!! KUDOS to Kara!!! The one entity that I HAD dedicated my loyalty to (Best Buy) for over a decade... is now in my rearview mirror!!!! They are atrocious at helping anyone with anything online!!! The store employees have to go through the same phone number we do, so they're worthless! And corporate Best Buy... smh... I won't get ugly here, but just state that they were the final straw that broke the camel's back!! I will NEVER give them any more of my time or money!!! PDF Filler though... has been a nice change!!! Thanks again!!!

It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the form I used maybe once a year. So I will probably be canceling my month to month once I am sure the form I needed has been accepted. It would be nice if you had an option for a subscription that was based on usage rather than on time. I might then sign up for a longer term commitment if I wasn't being charged every month but rather on my usage. My experience with your product was that actually filling out the form was user friendly but it was a form that had a continuation sheet and figuring out how to use several continuation sheets was not intuitive and I ended up filling out several different form continuation sheet pages and then had to combine all those multiple forms into one document in order to get what I needed for submission to the court.
