I was charged a subscription fee and I didn't understand why, so I contacted the company via chat. The agent that assisted me was amazing!! She totally understood and was very helpful. She was extremely professional. I really expected that this was going to be a very unpleasant experience for me, but it was absolutely pleasant and positive! Thank you! Excellent customer service and supportI recently needed to contact them for an issue I had and was helped by Shannen. I used their Live Support Chat, waited less than 1 minute and my problem was dealt with with in less than 5 minutes. Shannen was helpful, polite and made it easy. The fact that this took such little time, without hassle was fantastic. Excellent company to deal with!

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.
