It has been very helpful. The user interface is not difficult to navigate. I am cancelling only because I do not have the volume of documents to warrant the cost. But when this changes I will certainly return.

I needed to type on an older document and this program seemed like a good choice. Also, since I can pay month to month I can stop when I am finished with the paperwork and that was a nice option.

Overall, if you need to have PDF forms in your life, you couldn't ask for a better solution than this. I'm just waiting for the day when it the basic version isn't free anymore--let's hope it never comes!
We live in the twenty-first century. So few things rankle me more than seeing someone's sent me a Word document and pretended it's a form. The same is true for people who send me PDFs and expect me to print and fill them out by hand. PDFfiller is the solution to all these problems and more. It makes the sending and receiving of forms so easy that even a kid could do it.
I really have no complaints about PDFfiller. It does what it needs to do quickly and easily, and it didn't take me long to learn how to use it. Even things that once seemed formidable to me (for instance, the dreaded splitting and combining of PDFs) is easy with PDFfiller.

IT'S BETTER THAN DOCUSIGN
I like that you can send to other to sign just like docusign. You can also fill in the blanks. You can share the info and even print. Also is not too pricey.
What I don't like is, when I send to multiple signers anyone can sign even on my signature. I wish they'd allow set signatures per person so that folks won't get confused .

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. She is worthy of commendation and has greatly affected my first impression of PDFfillers. She was exceptional, skillful and most amazing in resolving all the issues i ever mentioned. I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.

Needed something to fill out a form in…
Needed something to fill out a form in a hurry - it did recognise the fields, that's a plus compared with some others, LOL. Wasn't looking for any fancy features like faxing, but did the job. May only cancel IF I don't use it that much.
