I had a surprisingly positive experience when I discovered that I had a subscription after several months of notifications being filtered into my spam folder. When I contacted the company, I received a prompt and thorough response. I wasn’t hassled or blamed; instead, I felt understood and supported. Pdffiller suits almost all my needs once I get my files there. If I could have a way of "breaking" my files heavier than 25MB to get there OR if it accepted larger files... it would be perfect!

It is an amazing tool
It is an amazing tool. However, it is too expensive for me right now. Maybe with an option of an annual membership of $50, I will think about keeping it. However, $30 / month I cannot afford it.

How do I rotate a PDF on my phone?
The view now changes, so the pages of the PDF are arranged as thumbnails and the thumbnail button will be highlighted. Tap on the edit button which is in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Select the page(s) that you want to rotate. Tap on the rotate button (the 3rd button).
Is there a way to permanently rotate a PDF?
Hover over any page, and you will see three options to rotate the page 90 degrees left, right or delete. Click 'Apply Changes' to permanently rotate PDF pages.
How do I rotate a PDF on Android?
