With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Overall, it was good.
Saying it is free is misleading.
I understand marketing, but I spent A TON of time filing out a document only to find out the only way I could retrieve it was to pay for a subscription which I would then have cancel to make it "free".
The other issue was that when the document was converted it shuffled page 2 with page 3 and the only way I could correct it was to upgrade the subscription. I would not spend the additional money when I print it and scan it back in the correct order. Again I'm sure it was an additional money making opportunity for you, but not worth the cost for me.

It was very easy to Fill out the PDF. Then I was suprised I could also mail it, from the same website.
I can upload a PDF and have it mailed, even by Certified Mail.
That you can mail or fax the PDF. You can like email to fax. Which is very good. Especially since I don't have a phone anymore, let alone a fax, since I just use my Cell Phone.
Technical support is terrific. They are always availble, they know everything, they are very helpful. For example, one technician let me email him my PDF, he fixed it for me, and emailed back to me.

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Customer service is also great - prompt and friendly in attending to any questions or issues. Makes running my business that much easier.

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to use and all my documents are automatically saved. This has increased my productivity so much being able to combine documents and have people sign.
What do you dislike?
There are a few steps to save, print, or download to your local desktop which can be a little time-consuming. But I also appreciate that it verifies with you that the correct function is happening.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The ability to edit and few pdf documents. I really like that pdf's can be combined and shared. There's so many functions of pdf filler that is so helpful to help me be more productive.

What do you like best?
It is much easier to use than Adobe Acrobat. Much more intuitive functions and file management. It has saved me a ton of time with the cloud storage of documents. I have used effectively for construction related documents.
What do you dislike?
Very rarely I have needed to use another platform because some municipalities require it but 98% of what I need to do is supported.

Remote completion of forms and extracting text from PDF documents mostly.

Awesome platform for everything to with PDFs. Would thoroughly recommend if you have document collation to do or any other form of PDF editing. The icing on the cake is the fast, polite and friendly customer service team.
