PDF Filler Signature function is great
PDF Filler is pretty good, the ability to edit pdf's is always good but I have found the Signature copy function particularly useful over the standard PDF tools.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Paul was fantastic
Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. What do you like best?
This platform is so easy to use. I usually get very annoyed with pdf files as most of the other websites I have tried have been a complete pain to make the adjustments I need. PDF filler allowed me to easily add the information, download, and save with my personal E-signature with my toddler on my lap ! I am very happy that I found them and will continue to use them for all my conversion needs.
What do you dislike?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike just yet. The monthly subscription is a bit pricy if you won't be using it often enough so maybe they could have pricing for example 4 downloads monthly etc.

I have been able to fill out pdf forms to submit documents online. It saves the time of printing the pdf, filling it out and then scanning.

New to this software but appears to be want I needed...
New to this software but appears to be want I needed working with the many aspects of PDF's for our website. PDF Filler offered an excellent annual rate. I am concerned a little about getting to involved with them. You see it happen often after one year with service providers the rates start increasing. Than you need to find a new service to merge your existing business with. We'll see. Overall though the company has been excellent.

How to Use the Enter Ink in Xls Feature
The Enter Ink in Xls feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily enter ink into your Xls documents. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Open the Xls document you want to add ink to.

Click on the 'Enter Ink in Xls' button in the pdfFiller toolbar.

A new window will appear with the Xls document and a set of drawing tools.
