Was able to use site, but site is not mobile-friendly
I tried using this site on my mobile phone and would recommend only using a PC; the site is not mobile friendly. Otherwise after some effort I was able to upload, electronically sign, and send a PDF document.

I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. No more filling in forms with my handwriting.

Nothing really. I have found it be very helpful.

Easy to use and affordable.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
A nice looking final document with legible information as opposed to my illegible handwriting. No need for a typewriter to fill in blanks on forms which means more space for other equipment.
