So far PDFfiller has been extremely easy to use and very useful! I previously used another program to convert and to edit PDF documents. Although it was also easy to use, this one is much easier and has way more options.

Its good, except that it saves the document automatically without allowing a Save as function when printing, so it overwrites the previous file, which is not so good.

A Superb App to Create Fillable PDF Forms
The most easiest app to create fillable pdf forms in the most efficient way. Furthermore, editing an existing pdf is so much easier with super features such as text editing, adding watermark, merging and splitting pdf files, etc.
This is a paid application. Editor interface is not that simple and you need more time to learn for the beginne

Was able to use site, but site is not mobile-friendly
I tried using this site on my mobile phone and would recommend only using a PC; the site is not mobile friendly. Otherwise after some effort I was able to upload, electronically sign, and send a PDF document.

What is settlement period?
The 'settlement period' is the amount of time between the exchange of contracts and the property settlement.
Why is there a settlement period?
Settlement PeriodBrief History Originally, the settlement period gave both buyer and seller the time to do what was necessary which used to mean hand-delivering stock certificates or money to the respective broker to fulfill their part of the trade.
What does settlement period mean?
The 'settlement period' is the amount of time between the exchange of contracts and the property settlement.
Why is there a 3-day settlement period?
When you buy stocks, the brokerage firm must receive your payment no later than three business days after the trade is executed. In practice, the three-day settlement rule is most important to investors who hold stocks in certificate form, and would have to physically produce their shares in the event of a sale.
How long does it take for a trade to settle?
For most stock trades, settlement occurs two business days after the day the order executes. Another way to remember this is through the abbreviation T+2, or trade date plus two days. For example, if you were to execute an order on Monday, it would typically settle on Wednesday.
Why does it take 2 days to settle a trade?
This means an investor who buys two days before the record date will not receive the dividend. This is the day the stock goes ex-dividend. A stock purchase can settle after the ex-dividend date and the investor will still receive the dividend, as long as the trade or purchase date was before the ex-dividend date.
How long does it take for funds to settle?
The Securities and Exchange Commission has specific rules concerning how long it takes for the sale of stock to become official and the funds made available. The current rules call for a three-day settlement, which means it will take at least three days from the time you sell stock until the money is available.
Can I trade with unsettled funds?
If you purchase a security with settled funds in your cash account you may sell that security at any time without restriction. According to this rule, sale proceeds generated by selling stock in a cash account are considered unsettled for a period of 2 business days following the trade date.
