Works with all types of devices, so I can prepare a document for signature quick and right where I am. Pricing is very fair.
It is sometimes a little slow and there is a bit of a learning curve but once those are overcome, it is practically flawless.

Good product for the money
this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great.
Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files.
Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.

How are wages reported to the IRS?
Reporting Employment Taxes. Generally, employers must report wages, tips and other compensation paid to an employee by filing the required form(s) to the IRS. You must also report taxes you deposit by filing Forms 940, 941 and 944 on paper or through e-file.
How do I find out how much I reported to the IRS?
You can get an IRS wage and income transcript online at www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript. When you get wage and income transcript access, it will show you all the informational returns the IRS has received for your tax ID, like: W-2. Form 1099-INT.
How much money do you have to report to the IRS?
Yes, unless the income is considered a gift, you need to report all income that is subject to US taxation on your tax return. The $600 limit is just the IRS requirement for Form 1099-MISC to be considered necessary to file by the payer. You will report this income as other miscellaneous income on line 21 of your 1040.
What transactions do banks report to IRS?
Financial institutions have to report large deposits and suspicious transactions to the IRS. Your bank will usually inform you in advance of submitting Form 8300 or filing a report with the IRS. The Currency and Foreign Transactions Reporting Act helps prevent money laundering and tax evasion.

The IRS encourages all businesses and business owners to know the rules when it comes to classifying a worker as an employee or an independent contractor. An employer must withhold income taxes and pay Social Security, Medicare taxes and unemployment tax on wages paid to an employee.
