I received some paperwork that needed to be signed and sent back to sender in a timely manner. PDFfiller was the only way I could do this. I had no access to a printer or fax machine. I'm trying to learn all of the use of the PDFfiller. I am currently trying to learn how to download some of my saved papers and sign them, then send them out. I forgot how I did it yesterday.

Try Them Out
Give the trial period a go, you’ll be fully exposed to the functionality of the site. Customer support is communicative and relatively fast. The site wasn’t a fit for my personal needs, but the things that it did do, it does well. Reasonably priced also if you find yourself constantly editing PDFs.

I love that this software has been created. It's amazing when you need to do paperwork for something and can do it through email. It's such a hassle trying to complete certain documents and get them where they need to go if you don't have access to doing them via online

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Click on File Tab and Open Properties. Now Click on Permission Details and open Security Tab. Check the No Security option. Click on Remove Password in Security Method menu.
