PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review.
But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. They have a good product but I'm not in need of a full year subscription. I was able to use their product for the one document I needed and they cancelled my account with little to no effort on my part. If I had a lot of documents I would recommend them.

The PDFfiller is super easy to use. I simply uploaded my document, turned my nonfillable PDF fields into fillable fields and now I am able to send them to individuals to be completed with ease.

Easy to Use but Not Free
This is a typical program that is easy to use as long as you are familiar with PDF editing programs. They do provide tips when you first begin in case you need them. My only complaint and it is for all these "free" programs, is that there are no free programs. All of them make you sign up with your info for a trial period and if you don't like it you better be sure to cancel before the intro period is up or you will be hit with an annual fee.

What do you like best?
I love how I can neatly complete compliance filings that don't have a fillable PDF format using PDF filler. I can type on the form in PDF filler instead of having to print a hard copy and hand write or use a typewriter - who even has access to one of those anymore, lol?
What do you dislike?
It can be tricky to get the alignment just right and then save the completed document.
