I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I wanted to create 2 additional 1099s but was unable to find that option so closed and requested it be sent to IRS. Now I know I should have selected "template" but have not been able to get that to work. Made another, and no option to send to IRS

Love the product, but would like a better digital signature section . . . Right now the email client/messaging is a little clumsy and customers are not able to properly sign and return docs digitally. They are too often still having to scan. Thanks.

Good layout and simple to understand
Good layout and simple to understand. However, while editing I realised that it does change the original size of the item when it is converted the format.

Certainly recommend
Very user friendly. Easy to find tools to edit, merge, etc. Was impressed that there was esign that is verified by the program. I am stil on the trial version, but I think I will continue with the paid version too as I do alot of editing to pdfs.

few extensions are not available and some files create problems after converting .

If I had the option to put 100 stars, I would. This product is fantastic. There are small issues with reformatting, but I think the user can get over that.
