I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. Easy to use.
It's good that we have this product cause we can just sign PDF's without printing.
Sometimes it's hard to place the 'typing icon' in the right place for filling in information or data.

I've used their software and it's extreemly good. But what I liked most about their company was their integrity. Twice our auto renewal popped and most companies would use this as a gotcha moment to take your money. Both times we didn't require the auto renewal they credited within 2hrs of an email. Amazing customer service and great company integrity. Would reccomend to anyone.

I had an issue merging documents using my account. I submitted a help ticket and momentarily I was contacted by a representative who quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. The issue was resolved! I will continue being a paid pdf-filler customer for years to come!

It's cheaper than Adobe. It gets the job done and has many options for filling out PDFs. I use it mostly for the Army National Guard and now as a substitute teacher.
