I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

This is a great tool to expedite routine tasks like filling out forms
Ease of use and flexibility of product are what I like the most. I have found product to be a great time saver.

The subscription charge was immediately refunded on the day it was debited for a one year subscription.

How do you expand a Word document?
To do this, right-click on any heading and move your mouse over Expand/Collapse on the popup menu. Then, select Collapse All Headings from the submenu to collapse all the headings in your document, or Expand All Headings to expand all the headings again.

Tip: If you're working on a touch device, tap to place your cursor in the heading to see the triangle. Click the triangle again to expand that part of the document.
