The customer service could be better and help things. I would like a direct line to expedite matters and had to reach out in email.

Negates deciphering handwriting
When filling out or reading an application or some other such document, it is hard to manage legibility. The ability to type directly into the fields of a PDF is a valuable option to avoid that.
I wish you didn't have to create an account to use it. It would be better in my opinion if you could use the software with out having to do that.

Trial Offer
We were reviewing this application and thought we had agreed to the trial offer. Actually, we didn't want the trial offer. When sending an email to their support team, they immediately responded and took care of our request, no questions asked.

PDF Filler is a great website for me to…
PDF Filler is a great website for me to use. It's simple and convenient since I don't need to fill everything by hand. The only issues I have are filling in the date because I'm required to manually select the day, month, and year. Another issue is the website automatically switching to the next page which is annoying because I want to check all the fill ins are correct. Lastly, the layout of the website is rather confusing because I had to spent a couple of minutes figuring out how to import documents and other stuff. That's why PDF Filler gets a 4 star rating because of these mild inconvenience.
