No r al complaints. Did find out that the forms in your database that I was interested had been superceeded by new forms back in Jan of 2016 a year ago. This meant I had to downloaded ad new forms t fill out. You could strive to be more up to date.

Like the program, although it does seem complicated. However, I keep receiving error messages when I send docs to be signed, and when I send it in I receive a message saying it is on our end. I would like to use the program for many things, especially getting signatures, although it seems that isn't included now and is additional cost, so I may go to authentisign

Best Friendly user software
It was great, very useful when it came to modify and add wordings to documents or even signatures.
I like the availability to modify and edit your documents, it's very easy to use and it has so many features to get your documents corrected, sent, faxed, emailed and more.
I didn't like when adding texts to your documents, sometimes it will freeze and close the program. Then again it was the free trial.

I needed to edit a pdf file that was very long with only few corrections so this program was great.
It was so easy to use...I especailly like the erase too and then the size too to make the correction look good.
nothing.. I liked the entire program. I thought the cost was a little high as I only needed the program for a few weeks and wont be needing it again. So a lower fee for a weekly or monthly use would be good and you may get more users that way too

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.
