Is there a way to mass download from ?
This is only possible through our Retrieve app, with Retrieve you can bulk download your envelopes and data to an external storage location. Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in certain plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic.
Can you download a document as a PDF?
You can download the document in its original format or download it as a PDF. You can download a document even when the document is locked or checked out by another user. In all cases, the copy of the document in CLM remains unaffected in its native file format.
Can you use for an Excel spreadsheet?
Upload the Excel Sheet to Initiate the signing process by uploading the Excel sheet to the platform, where users can access the document online and utilize the platform's e-signature tools for efficient document management.
Can you export data from ?
You can export envelope data from envelopes that you sent, received, or are shared with you. The exported data is saved to a CSV file and includes envelope information, including: envelope ID. subject.
What is the currency field in ?
The Currency field enables users to enter an amount and have it automatically formatted correctly as currency. The Currency field has an option to include or exclude a dollar sign, to enable other currencies to be used.
How to change currency in ?
Converting currencies must be done manually. Log in to CLM. Select Admin from the navigation header. The Admin panel displays. Select Account Settings under Account Management. Select one of the following values from the Default Currency drop-down list in the Localization section: Select Save.

For customers in the U.S. or EU, physically stores eDocuments in the applicable geographic location where the corresponding customer account is located. For example, if the customer account is in the EU, then the customer's eDocuments are also stored in the EU.
How to export as PDF?
Once the document is open, locate the 'More' option in the toolbar. Click on 'More', and you will see a dropdown menu. From the dropdown menu, select the 'Save As' option. After selecting 'Save As', choose the 'PDF' format from the list of available file formats.
