How Do I Convert My Documents to a PDF? The recommended way to create a PDF is to save your document as a PDF. Best way to create an ideal PDF is, Click FILE. SAVE AS Name the document. Change the "Save as Type" to PDF. Click SAVE. You will now have a PDF version of your document.
Export almost any file as a PDF. Launch Acrobat and select Tools from the menu bar. Select Create PDF in the Tools view. Choose the appropriate conversion type. Drag and drop your files into the conversion window or locate them manually. Start the conversion. Save and rename your files, if necessary.
How to save a Google Doc as PDF by downloading it. Open your Google Docs file or create new one. Ensure the document is finalised. Go the File > Download > PDF. Find the PDF file in your desktop Downloads folder. Save the PDF in the folder of your choice.
Print¶ PDFCreator supports transmitting the print job to a further printer. Commonly this is a hardware printer, but it could be any printer installed on your computer, even another instance of PDFCreator. Select printer: You can either select your default printer or a printer from the list below (select printer ->).
