How do you share options in Microsoft Forms?
Try it! Open the form you want to share and select Share. Choose with whom you want to share your form, and then select Copy next to the text box with a unique link. Paste the copied link in a presentation or email, or embed it in a web page.
How do I export data from forms?
In Microsoft Forms on the Responses tab, select Open in Excel. Your form responses will open in an Excel workbook. From Excel, you can export or save your form responses as a PDF file. Learn more about how to save or convert your Excel file to PDF.

Scroll down to the bottom of your page and select All My Forms. More options in the upper right corner of its tile, and then choose Copy.
