Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

It met what I needed but there is a problem with text fonts. In my case I needed a specific font and I couldn't find it, it would be interesting if it were possible to include a new font.

How do you save a PDF as a PDFX?
Choose Tools > PDF Standards. Choose Save As PDF/A, Save As PDF/X, or Save As PDF/E in the right-pane. Choose the location to save the file, and then click Save.
What is the difference between PDF A and PDFX?
PDF/X requires the general embedding of fonts, even for invisible text. PDF/A does not require fonts that are used only for invisible text to be embedded.
How do I convert a PDF to PDFX?
