Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. Its great, it is exact what I was looking for. I've spent a lot of time and effort with other product/services that say they will deliver but fall short/fail actually at doing so. PDFFiller is impressive and has maintained its promised promises of delivery.

It was very good. However, I would be interested in the webinar because I have not figured out how to download a document from another site to my account as I was advised by the support person.

What do you like best?
I enjoy the way PDF is easy to use and allows us to send out documents quickly. We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues.
What do you dislike?
There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are solving travel time and time with paperwork with all of the documents be readily available with just a click. Prior to PDF, we were having to meet with new employees for paperwork. Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

PDFfiller is easy to use and has widely varied functionality. From the editing of documents to the administrative/management aspects of the program, it is quick and simple

Some elements of the interface gets a bit busy. It ends up leaving me with a somewhat small visual operating space. It is worth mentioning, though, that this has improved a bit in the last six months or so.

A good pdf editor, although there is still some work to do with the command consistency with the environment (windows keys, for instance while editing a document if we press home the screen goes to the header of the document).

This has been a very pleasant surprise as I am a avid &somewhat devoted Adobe Acrobat user &didn't think that there existed any other app that could even come anyway close in performance, features &value to what has long been the industry standard for me...They created PDF file format..but PDFfiller has made working with them much more user-friendly &intuitive. Using the two in tandem has been both very eye-Opening ,&productive!!!

Easy to use. I always send the doc to myself before emailing to final destination, just so I know what it looks like on the receiver's end. Adding a personal note to the email is a bit cumbersome--could be better explained of who sees what.
