What do you like best?
It works. Easy to use platform. I've subscribed for several years and they continue to make improvements. I tried docusign and this was just as good.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that it won't link up with business accounts on OneDrive so I can't store my files on OneDrive. Really would be nice to have them fix that! Also for some weird reason, the system only can connect with personal accounts. Sometimes, it's not easy to find my documents. Finally, the plug-in for Chrome doesn't always work well. Usually, it's just better to go into the app itself.

Compare the functionality you need to what it offers. I suspect you'll find it's sufficient.

I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. I am not 100% satsfied reason being the whole document is not turning into Word, I want turn the whole document in word edit, retype as a word document and have it resaved

What do you like best?
PdfFiller is a user-friendly application that I often use in the classroom. It has worked well for parent forms and even creating worksheets. Documents are easy to upload and edit with no data or formatting loss.
What do you dislike?
I haven't yet found any CONs for this product and will continue to use and recommend it to others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend giving pdfFiller a try. It doesn't have a steep learning curve, so is useable right away.

Sending out paper forms wasn't an option this year, so it is easy to create forms that can be sent out and returned electronically. A huge plus is being able to get electronic signatures.
